Hey all, We just got back from visiting tj for the last few days and I wanted to update everyone. TJ is doing better, after he initially got taken OFF the vent he had to be put back on within about 6 hrs. They would like his wound to heal more before removing him again. HOWEVER! There is some granulation of scar tissue in his wound which is PROGRESS!!! We’re really happy. The Ronald McDonald house staff gave him a ton of toys for xmas…. He got a panda bear, a race car, a tickle me cookie monster (it falls over and laughs) and a whole bunch of friends lining his crib all with crochet hats!
Lemme rest a few hours and I’ll give more info.
